I asked for a particular layer haircut and the lady (Maria) did something else not even close to what I asked for. She was unorganized saying they had just moved things around and couldn't find her round brush and not even fully dried my hair. The back was not even dried. She took forever to cut it too. I had a great experience before but if I go back I rather wait for someone else. In the pictures is what she did and the haircut I asked for.

I’m so upset. I went to get a layered haircut yesterday around 3:30-4 and my hair is messed up. I have never had such a bad haircut in my life…. I paid $30. For this haircut. I don’t know what to do with my hair. It looks like someone chewed on my hair. I work at a law firm and I’m embarrassed. I will be calling the place to see what can be done…
