This is my experience on the evening of 7/16/2025. I called and receptionist told me to come in and they could see my sick kitten. I was scared and conflicted because of reviews. This was literally my 10th vet and the only one accepting patients at 745 pm. Thank God I came in! Got checked in. The staff was super friendly and nice. Greeted with a smile. I felt at ease. I really was skeptical. But after meeting Dr. Trujillo and the other staff members (sorry I forgot your names) I knew my baby was in excellent hands. Gentle and caring staff for sure! My experience was ok but what made me not move forward with my dogs tumor removal surgery was the doctor himself was not very helpful.also they were really pricey I ended up going somewhere else. Go to Norwalk animal hospital that’s where I recommend.
I’ve brought two of my dogs to this vet clinic and haven’t really had any issues. I brought in my first dog for a second opinion on some chronic health conditions he has. I still mostly take him to his primary vet for his follow ups. My second dog is a puppy and I’ve been taking him here for his puppy vaccinations. Overall I’d say my experience was good. Every question I had was answered by the vet techs, receptionist and on staff vet. The time I did meet with the vet, it didn’t seem like it was the main vet Dr. Trujillo. But either way, I was well taken care of. On the occasions when I’ve taken my puppy for vaccinations, the vet techs took care of my animals....read full review
