The store had a better vibe and atmosphere then some other locations I've shopped at .I had a simple situation regarding my gift card and Eunice was SUPER helpful on resolving my requests while maintaining a great attitude:)
I recently went to Ulta yesterday April 12th and it was such a great experience thanks to Vanessa!! She was awesome in helping me find different products, shade matching me and also giving great recommendations!! I found a new lip combo with her and as well received a bag of goodies when she showed me a promotion going on with Anastasia Beverly Hills. It was an amazing experience and she was a totally down to earth person who loves helping customers and loves makeup! So SHOUT OUT VANESSA!!!
I wanted to say that I had an appointment with my stylist Lily at the Ulta in Northridge , Ca on March 21 which was my wedding day … I walked in nervous about the day and my appointment . My stylist was named Lily , she was very reassuring when it came to how she was doing my makeup and hair. She was very professional and is good at what she does…. She made me look so beautiful on my wedding day I want to thank her . I also hope she is feeling better , she wasn’t feeling her best that day but sense that my appointment was very important and she was there for me til the end of my session.
