I would like to dearly thank all the people at steamatic,including Tom Davis, Mandy,Lily,Andres,Mariella, Martha,Tom and Remmy.They helped make life easier during difficult times .They were very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with.
We had a water leak in the house and AAA assigned Steamatic to clean the leak and also install the new floors. Derrick was our project manager. He did a great job coordinating the cleanup and installing the new floor. Derrick stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, and he was very friendly and professional. He kept me up-to-date with the project status and the timeline. Alex was the floor installer who was assigned to our project. He was very friendly and helpful. He brought floor samples to choose from, and we picked the one we liked. He brought a large crew with him on the first day of install, and the crew was able to remove all the wood floors from the whole house, install new floors, and reset the baseboards all in three days. Alex and his crew were able to finish the job in 1/3 of the time that was initially given to us. It was amazing watching them work in harmony and they showed a great deal of professionalism.
