Matt has been one of the most knowledgeable and generous mold inspectors I have ever worked with.

Matt has worked on two homes for us. Both times we were blown away by his knowledge and expertise--and his genius for problem-solving. One example: When we noticed a funky odor coming out of the ducts of our new a.c. unit and into our bedrooms...we had our high-end a.c. installer come out three times to try and fix the problem...with no results. Matt then came in...and correctly suspected that the fiberglass insulation inside our new a.c. unit had water damage. To the surprise of our a.c. installer, Matt was right...and then Matt gave guidance on removing and replacing the insulation. If it wasn't for Matt our installer would still be playing around with the problem--to no avail. Matt's range of experience, brilliant mind, and positive can-do attitude make him the best in his business! We wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
I highly recommend Matt for any of your testing or home inspection needs. He is a very ethical and caring person and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. His equipment is top notch and his knowledge was superior. He was also able to recommend top notch contractors for various jobs. You can't go wrong hiring Matt as he is one of the most responsible and knowledgeable people in this industry.
