Very professional. He asked for pictures of what I suspected to be termite droppings before even scheduling an appointment. Once he saw that the droppings were termites, he scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Kevin arrived exactly on time. Although he identified the immediate problem quickly, he took time to do a thorough inspection of the house and gave me options. He also pointed out other issues I should be aware of that was unrelated to termites including a possible roof leak and broken sprinkler head. We suspected we had termites, called Kevin and within an hour the issue was resolved. He was very kind, honest, and professional. So thankful to have it taken care of so quickly! Would definitely recommend Kevin/Ridamite!
