I've been going to R&R monthly for over a year. They have a wide range of services but I get treated with massages for back issues. I regularly see Brenda the massage therapist and I cannot stress how amazing she is. She explains everything she does and makes sure the pressure is good for you. She asks if you have any certain areas she should focus on then will give the proper therapy to help. She will also recommend certain stretches you can do at home to help with problem areas. I am so relaxed and feel so much better after treatment with her. I've also gotten numerous facials here which leave my skin glowing and feeling fresh.

This place is wonderful. From the front desk staffs to the therapist everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Facility is very clean and relaxing. Dolly was able to answer all my questions she was very friendly and informative. My therapist was amazing and I felt so relaxed after my massage! Highly recommend R & R Health Beauty and Wellness.

This review is for their massages only. Luis is the best! He uses physical therapy techniques, cupping, hot stones etc to really help relieve all tension in your body. I had a herniated disc almost 15 years ago and I get sciatica pain / flare ups every so often. When I get a massage from Luis, I immediately feel so much relief and my muscles are more loose. Highly recommend coming here for a massage with Luis! P.s. There's street parking but sometimes reseda can be pretty busy so if there's none on the street, they have a parking lot in the back where you enter through the alley.
