Absolute sweetest hair stylist ever, Hae Sue took really good care of me! I got a hair cut and she did a wonderful job and really put a lot of effort in making sure the cut was to my liking. She asked me how I wanted my hair and made sure to go over what she was going to do. She answered all the questions I had and really was super considerate! Would definitely come back again. I've been going to Othneil for years. Haesue is very friendly and professional. She wants to provide the best service to her customers. That includes staying present/focused with every customer at the salon. She avoids answering calls because of that. She's very hands-on. For new customers, she wants to see your hair anf what style you make like and that's when she can determine how long each service will take. It's very personalized. Not a cookie-cutter type of service.
Sue was AMAZING. I came to her really apprehensive as I've been growing out a horrible haircut i previously received and she actually pulled out a tiny tape measure during the consult. She asked me what I wanted and what I didn't want and she cut what she said she would. We loved my cut so much that my mom made an appointment with her two days later.
