I really was lucky to find this nail spa! I've been going here for many months. I always schedule my appointments with Tina, although everyone working there is great. My experience there is always relaxing. Tina's work is beautiful, and she is friendly and very professional. The salon is on the second story, next door to Boba Tea.

My go to nail spot in the valley. I was introduced to this salon as a CSUN college student. You get 10% off for showing your student ID (not sure if they still provide this service) I've tried other places closer to me but I always find myself back at Ciel. Great work, prices, and customer service. Easy to make appointments with them. Highly recommend Tom & Tina. Tom did an amazing job on my pedicure. Tina has been doing dip powder on my nails & they've been lasting me upwards of a month with no chips or lifting. I've been able to get my natural nails long & strong thanks to Tina.

I love doing my nails here. I got this gel-x set for valentine's day and Tina always does my nails so well. She's attentive to detail and makes sure that I go out loving her work. She's always sweet with me and doesn't hesitate to fix anything I ask for. The salon is always clean and super welcoming to me. I highly recommend Tina for your nails!
