Charlie and his crew did a large job at my house, replacing the vertical kitchen sink pipes and original cast iron drain pipes under the house, along with hydro jetting the line from the house to the street to break up tree roots. They finished in one day and did an amazing job! Prior to scheduling the work, Charlie came out and did a camera inspection and explained a few different scenarios to address the problem I was having. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy! This was an expense I hadn’t anticipated, but feel I picked the right company to do the work. I highly recommend Charlie and his team.
Before I called Charlie's Sewer company, I had a different company come out to hydrojet my sewer line because of root issues I've had at my house. That company told me my pipe was broken in 5 different spots, and the entire line needed to be removed, it would be very expensive, and I would first need to remove a few trees and my retaining wall during the fix. I devastated by this news as I initially thought this would be an easy fix. So I called Charlie's company to see if I could get a second opinion.They sent out Daniel (Gray sweater in my pictures) and George (in the trench). After a brief assessment, they suggested a more affordable trenchless option using epoxy to repair the more difficult area we needed to reach, as well as digging up and replacing the more accessible broken clay pipe next to my house, and also rerouting pipes to a better location under my house. They took video of the line, and gave me a reasonable quote that afternoon which I accepted. They came out the next day with a hardworking team that all got busy quickly and was shocked that they were able to complete everything by the end of the day! The coordination and effort was inspiring. BIG props to Daniel and George for finding a fast solution to this complicated repair, and then leading the team the next day. They said they do this everyday all around LA so it makes sense why they were so professional. Charlie himself even came by in the afternoon to check out the work and he couldn't have been a nicer guy. They've got an A+ team and I definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs sewer line repair.
Charlie and Daniel came out to fix a blockage in our main line. After calling and speaking to their receptionist, they confirmed a time and arrived promptly and even provided a heads up prior to arrival. This was super helpful considering my 1 year old son was sleeping. They made quick work of the issue and also took the time to walk through my home's plumbing setup and assess where other issues might be. Their work was quick, effective, and affordable.
