The best dentist office I have been to in my life!! I came here as a child and have been going since 2000! They have the best new technology where they 3-D scan your teeth and even measure gums, etc. all the people that work here care about you and your teeth just as much as you should. Every single person all the way up to the doctors down to Ann and Nicole at the front desk Are the most down to earth people and I will be coming here for the rest of my life. Best dentist office in the Valley!!
I feel really comfortable with Dr. Dixit and staff. I feel very relaxed. They are gracious, courteous, respectful and friendly both to me as the customer and notably to each other. It's subtle but when humans are vulnerable, being picked at and prodded in our soft tissues, the fact that they themselves are calm and nurturing to eachother, feels safe.-a great example of how important company culture is. And also I do not ever feel like I'm being talked into anything I don't need. Excellent practice.
Dr. Susan Nikakhtar made my first visit to Studio City Dental Group a genuinely positive experience. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was pretty anxious going in, but she put all my questions and worries to rest without ever making me feel judged about the gap. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I walked out with no pain or lingering soreness — a first for me.
The front desk staff were also great, kind and informative, and made check-in and checkout easy.
