We have signed a contract to have our entire 3 layer roof replaced in mid December. Contact us after the job is done. Right now all I can say is that they seem to be fair and on time for appointments.

I needed a complete roof replacement. I got many quotes before settling. Their quote was very competitive and they used quality materials. The tear off was super fast. They pulled the old roof off and had the plywood down in one day. The inspection was the next day and the shingles was installed the next. Good timing, as it rained the next two days, no leaks or issues showed up. The city inspection was a couple days late, passed without issue. Very happy with the choice we made!!

Evi at Smart Roofing is by far the best contractor I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, professional, honest, on-time and courteous is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with him. From the start, Evi patiently listened, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. The Smart Roofing crew delivered a beautiful roof for my 3,000 sqft house in just 3 days after permits were approved. That included teardown to plywood, damaged wood repairs, cosmetic modifications, new roof, and complete clean up.
