Six years ago, I hired Quality Vinyl to replace 3 exterior gates in my home. They did an amazing job at a fair price and the experience was wonderful. Fast forward to today (Aug 2024), I called to request adjustments to the doors as they gradually fall out of alignment due to heat/cold, earthquake movements, etc. This was covered under warranty. It took 2 follow ups, but within a couple of days, Vartan came to fix them all, even though he had a cast on his wrist! He did his magic and within minutes, all my doors were gliding again with that soft close they had when first installed. Ive trusted Vartan and his crew with 2 big jobs at my home and i would 100% recommend them. They do their best to help you achieve your goals without any upselling. He is honest and reliable, and they are able to book you into the schedule very fast. I had a 8ft privacy fence installed and a side gate. Both look perfect, and i will certainly be using this company again!
