The office staff is horrible! Like you’re interrupting their day by being there!The X-ray technician was very pleasant, thank goodness.They really need some customer care improvement classes for that office staff!

Unfortunately I had to get new X-rays bc the ER I went to couldn't send my originals. I was recommended to come here for a walk in, there was a little issue with my insurance but Lucy was able to help me out tremendously! Michael, the X-ray tech, was very professional and helpful, given my situation. I was in n out within 40 min (I had 4 people in-front of me) and would highly recommend anyone trying to get some last minute X-rays!

I came in to get a scheduled MRI waited for my appointment time and after an hour was told that the MRI was not operating properly and I needed to reschedule so they rescheduled me for 7 AM appointment. Two days later I showed up and the door was locked. I knocked no answer. I came back five minutes later still no answer door was locked, so I tapped on the door no answer went around to the back tapped on the door no answer Tapped again and was told they don't open until 715 am I would not see me until 7:30 AM and she told me I was very rude for tapping on the glass.
