Initially, I approached this facility with some hesitation due to a prior scheduling discrepancy. However, from the moment I was greeted by James, whose energy was truly exceptional, to my MRI appointment where I was assisted by a knowledgeable student whose name I regrettably cannot recall, and through interactions with the X-ray technician, the CT scan operator, and the doctor who administered my injection, every individual provided outstanding service and surpassed my expectations.

I was terrified to come here based on the reviews and almost cancelled, but I actually had a very pleasant experience. Parking was easy, the office was clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the workers were professional and speedy. I didn't wait long. The rockstar was my technician. I forgot her name but she has curly brown/blondish hair. She was so compassionate and accommodating as we went through the scan, she made my day. My only feedback is that the number on this listing is inaccurate and doesn't go to a person. I will also update this post to inform how long it takes to send to my doctor.
I called to schedule an mri almost a week ago and am still waiting for them to submit the required prior authorization. I tried calling them everyday and have less than a week until the scheduled mri.
