My wife and I got certified as a Resource Family (Foster Parents) through Penny Lane and the classes and staff were incredible. Their team is very supportive and they help you through every step of the process. Once certified and placed with a child they are there to help basically 24/7 with resources and strategies. If you're considering becoming a Foster or Foster-to-Adopt family I would highly recommend Penny Lane be your FFA.
