Took my car there after a collision due to a recommendation. First, the guys was extremely welcoming and upfront. Second, they were on top if getting my car fixed without any delay. Third, they did such a great job fixing my car that I am unsure if the collision happened in the first place.
Thanks for the great service gentlemen!
I recently visited Mattix Auto for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I really appreciated as someone who isn't very car-savvy.
I felt well-informed and valued as a customer. The team at shop kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and were transparent about any additional work that needed to be done, ensuring there were no surprises when it came time to settle the bill.
