Nick is an amazing Vinyl Fence Professional. He does estimates and explains step by step of what needs to be done and his work is very clean. I like his honesty, he gets the job done in quick manner; most importantly, work is done with reasonable price. I recommend Nick because of his experience and professionalism can be seen with the way he talks and in his work.
Company owner, Nick, was professional and transparent from beginning to end of job and beyond. Being an attention to detail, ask questions, curious how it works person... did not phase Nick one bit. I appreciated his get down to business approach that did NOT waste my time with a long ass sit down sales pitch. He worked with our quick turnaround request for our dog run area, and within our budget.PROS:1. No frills down to business conversations, aka no bs sales pitch. Nick is the owner and stands behind his work! Being a first time vinyl fence customer Nick answered all my questiuons. THIS was a huge factor for choosing his company over 3 other similar quotes.2. COMMUNICATION - Nick answered texts message, addressed videos and pictures in a timely manner. He even called me back when he was on vacation - absolutely not necessary, and I jokingly gave him crap for that because he is SUCH a good guy, but a HUGE PLUS for this review. He genuinely cares about his customers. 3. Respectful crew - I was all up in their business the first few hours trying to cut back a huge plant along the fence path, the guys jumped in and helped me out with the big branches. Not sure if I had done enough, I would check in with them, and the guys showed me nothing but respect the entire time -- if they were annoyed they did not show it at all :) Do be clear about your expectations including clean up. 4. Two very very minor needs weeks after the job was done, Nick showed up and delivered the fix personally. Again another sign he clearly takes pride in his work. Cons: Nothing that stands out which couldn't be fixed. Price was fair, service above expectations, Nick's follow up and through is epic.
Very. very happy with every aspect of my experience working with Lifetime Vinyl Fence. The fence on the west side of my backyard is wooden planks, facing my neighbors yard. It wasn't bad, but it was not attractive. And, more urgently, my 15lb dachshund/chihuahua could see the 200lb bull mastiff through the slats and wanted only to kill him. I had the vinyl fence run 48' along next to the neighbors fence, then added a two-door gate perpendicular at the 9' opening at the southern end. It is attractive, provides privacy, and my dog has given up trying to figure out where the big dog went. I was first contacted on 11/1, and the job was completed on 11/12. The workers were on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with. And the price was far and away better that other quotes I received. I highly recommend Lifetime Vinyl Fence.
