This is the second roof Konrad has done for me, but in the the two decades since he did the last one, the service has fallen off a cliff. Unresponsive and rude would be putting it mildly - and this with a repeat customer, who has referred other neighbors to him. Konrad was unable to do the roof the architect had specified, since he basically works with only one kind of material - it's either his way or forget it. And, after spending nearly $30K, when a little patch needed to be done, he charged me an additional $650 (this is for two guys, who were out there already, working for less than an hour. I can't say enough good stuff about this company. A neighbor recommended them. They were on time, reasonably priced, cleaned up everyday, finished on time. The remarkable thing was after a series of heavy rains, we had a minor leak. After calling in late afternoon, they arrived at my door at 8AM the next morning. Done and over! Konard Roofing is one of the very finest vendors I have ever dealt with. They did a re-roof of my house with Da Vinci faux slate and the end result is absolutely spectacular. Their attention to detail and care for the job was evident immediately. They worked hard, cleaned up the job site every day, and left my place looking even better than when they arrived. The crew was friendly and listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. I could not be happier with Konrad and can recommend them highly enough for any roofing job.
