I spoke with the gentleman on the phone on behalf of a client whose door handle was broken. I explained to the gentleman what part was broken and what door it was and the gentleman refused to mail me the part. He made me drive to LA and when I got to LA, he did not even have the part ready for me. He had to go to a third-party to get the part and after waiting for an hour he comes back with the wrong part. instead of going back and getting the correct part, he sends me to a warehouse that’s about to close. We had considered various companies who could fabricate the doors we wanted but we chose this firm only because of the great interaction with Mr Levik who he exceeded our expectations. In particular his attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism are second to none and we feel any one working with him would be in great hands.
