Hello I just wanted to give to place a shout out because I been to a couple of wood stores and with lack of knowledge of their product! Leaving me to second guess what I actually came for ! I saw this place online and came in with little hope of finding my dream floors and to my surprise these two ladies help me and were so knowledgeable and helpful and I purchased my engineered floors for my house !! I highly recommended and ask for the two girls!!!!

I got the best customer support from sales rep Alisa who helped me select the nicest flooring option based on the criteria given. I live in a condo 1st floor so picking the right type of flooring was essential. Her level of expertise was top notch guiding me on all the different nuances needed for a successful flooring install.
From an aesthetic standpoint also, got the most patient and caring care to pick out a flooring option that suited my taste and would stand the test of time in terms of trend. I ended up going with the Republic Flooring brand, and pretty happy with it.

I want to start off my saying flooring is always the most difficult to pick out in a home renovation for me. I went to sooo many flooring stores and also made maybe 6 trips to Empire Hardwood. Each time I was greeted and assisted. Huge thank you to Alisa who so patiently helped me find the perfect flooring for our family needs.
