So pleased with Charles and his team. As a first-time home owner, I'm generally clueless about repairs. Our bathtub's existing glaze began to crack severely, so I called Charles. He deployed his colleague, Alex, within 48 hours. Alex was prompt, polite, and thorough, including a meticulous clean up. And the pricing was totally reasonable. Charles and his team were extremely nice and responsive! They were very transparent about pricing, with reasonable prices. Our bathtub started chipping, and they were able to remove all the old glaze and refinish it properly. Would definitely recommend Charles and his team!
