Of course a check never arrived for the refund. Not surprised. I knew the woman was lying but I gave it time to see if she wasn't. 27 days later and no refund check. Her excuse for why they never solved the problem until I called them back was that the owners kid has cancer. But The woman on the phone admitted during our phone call the reason why she did not call me back to solve the problem was that she did not want to leave a message on my voicemail. She wanted to yell at me on the phone and she couldn't do that on voicemail. But then it was that she was really busy. And then it was that she hadn't forgotten about me but she just hadn't talked to her boss about it yet...read full review

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! My card was charged $12 for 3 minutes -- I have a Beetle. There is no way to contact the owners. Their website has no number or email address. I discovered they have been doing this for years because many people do not check their bank account. It's a plain rip-off. DO NOT USE!

Excellent car Wash Really easy to use, you got great pressure from both the foam brush and the sprayer. I bring my own quarters but you can also use dollars to get the job done. Want a good place to clean your car quickly and for a reasonable price then this is it!
