I called Edgar and we agreed on him sending me a contract and for him to start an initial spray + monthly services... its been 5 days since. No email, No call backs from him.. I called him back to make sure he said he will send it again, I'm still waiting.

Called them up and set up an appointment for the following Monday. Left work early to make sure I was there and they never showed. Never called etc. They might be great but I'll never know.

Edgar, the owner of BEKK Pest Control, was very attentive to my situation of reoccurring bees in the roof corner of my building. Edgar was at the property at least three times to check what was necessary to solve the bee problem. We had a different pest control company in the past but was not attentive to prevent the bees from returning, which they did almost a year later. Edgar determined the hive was in the stucco and dusted it and sealed the entry point which should have be done by the first pest control company. They just sprayed the bees....but they did not end the problem. Edgar warned me of the potential problems if Plan A did not work....luckily Plan A worked....crossing fingers....and so far the bees have not returned. He did a very thorough job and I am happy with the results and the price was also reasonable. Will use his services again in the future.
