Glad my mom wasn’t seen at this doctor. I had made an appointment with the number provided however her referral had a different address. I am so happy I ended up at Center for Rheumatology with Dr. Sean. Their front desk employees are so kind and sweet. They tried calling this office to make sure my mom would be seen but the person they spoke with was so rude and unhelpful. After reading these awful reviews I am beyond happy we didn’t end up there! I only dealt with them on the phone and it was not a pleasant experience.

I’ve noticed a common theme that a lot of doctor’s offices in LA simply don’t answer the phone. I think this is due to the high volume of calls and offices just don’t want to deal with them so they don’t answer, forcing patients to ask their PCP for a different referral.
This office flat out doesn’t answer the phone and was told by my PCP to “just drive there and make an appointment in person”. Adding to this, when I arrived there, I didn’t hear the phone ring, not even once, which tells me they might even have it disconnected.

This practice excels in one area while falling significantly short in another, and the contrast is hard to ignore.
On the medical side, the physicians are knowledgeable, thorough, and detail-oriented. Despite some gaps — like limited follow-through, patients being passed between doctors, and inconsistent familiarity with individual patient files — the clinical care itself is genuinely impressive.
