Today I was at this place. I had an appointment at 11:15. I arrived 15 minutes early, however I was only called into the office at 12:00. For some reason, people who arrived after me were invited in earlier.
When I was finally called into the office, I had to wait there for quite a long time again. On top of that, the room was very cold. A woman with long black hair and glasses came to see me. She did not introduce herself, so I don’t know her name. When I started telling my medical history, she was making grimaces with her face. I didn’t understand why, but I stayed silent.

Good luck getting to see a doctor here. I was scheduled 6 weeks out, but told to call and try to get a sooner appointment. I called 8 times over the next month, I was always asked my name, email, and birthdate, and promised a call back. I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL BACK.

When the appointment finally came, I called the office to let them know I'd be 20 minutes late. I was first sent to voicemail, so I called back and the woman answering said she would inform the office that I was on the way.

The patient care in this office is extremely poor. Scheduling and customer service are unusually disorganized, and their consistently low ratings by other reviewers reflect this. I waited nearly six months to see a urologist.
Although a front-office staff member, Elsa Jimenez, had previously confirmed my appointment by email, another staff member informed me the day before that my appointment had been cancelled because my referral had expired--something they failed to notify me about in advance.
