We called A-1 Home Improvement on a referral from Woody's Screen Center. John was very responsive and knew immediately what was needed to repair our 44 year old door. Dominic texted me later with pix of the parts. The following day he showed up on time, even sending us a courtesy heads up text. The repair was quick and professional. We are very satisfied and recommend this company.

I own a sliding glass door repair company in the Valley. I have done business with Rick for decades. The other day I got a call from one of my customers in North Hollywood who needed some work done to her sliding screen doors before the Thanksgiving holiday in time for her guests coming over. She just called me to say how delighted she was that Rick was able to get the work done when she needed it. This is typical of what I have found his business to be like.

Wow, so unprofessional!!! I waited over a week for an appointment to give me an estimate, i get a call with a one hour window on the busiest day, i call to let them know i will be a few minutes late and they tell me they can't wait for me, while i waited a whole week for them! He tells me I'll call you to set another appointment, i never got a call back, i give this business the benefit of the doubt, and i call them. Come to learn, they're offended because i was a few minutes behind. I couldn't be more disappointed. Such a waste of my time.
