What a phenomenal Team Lead by Oswaldo!!!! How many times do you contract out services and do not get what you agreed and expected? NOT with Valley Green Tree Services! I had 4 other tree trimming companies drop off their business cards, two of them I used before and was disappointed, and the only reason why I contacted Valley Green Tree Services was I used them a few years ago and was totally impressed. NO DIFFERENT TODAY!!!!!Oswaldo first comes out to give a quote. Genuinely professional and he knows his stuff! An individual you can respect and count on!!!! His Team shows up on time, are incredibly awesome themselves!!! They look after your best interest and are super clean with high quality work!!!!!! WOW!!!!And, Oswaldo is there with his Team to ensure the job is done right! If a member on his Team doesn't show up for work for any reason, Oswaldo fills in to ensure the job is still completed on time and done right! Goodness...Oswaldo and his Team needs a pay increase!!!!! They will stay with the company and the company will certainly get more business from this. Have used Valley Green Tree Services multiple times. Fair and quick estimates. Reasonable time to service. Crew is fast, respectful, does everything they can to clean up debris. Will work with them more for sure.
Crew arrived on work site, spent 2 hours just preparing to work after they harassed some unhoused people who were minding their own business. Laziest crew I have ever seen. They spend more time fiddling with equipment and trucks than doing their job. Shame on these people and their lack of a work ethic.
