Even know they call 15 min before the appointment to confirm that you will be there....If you are only few minutes early and they take time to cheek you in, you might end up being one minute late and will have to wait for few hours or reschedule to a different day. Bad policy in my opinion.

OK about the dentist my dentist and her assistant are very nice when i have high blood precher they talk to me so i don't feel nervis and when there cleaning my teeth and i dont like the water thing i just ask them to put the water soft. make an apointment and come here the have optometris, a docter's and dentis so make a apointment today. (they are very nice)

So after reading all the bad reviews still gave this place a chance. My bf had an appt a week before mine and I went with him. The facility was clean and the Dr he saw was great. So I was at ease for my appt the following week. My appt was at 940am. I checked in 943 am. Sat dow started doing paperwork and was told because I was 4 mins late I couldn't be seen????? Like this is a low income clinic. People dont always have transportation etc and theres no grace period is insensitive to the community it serves. I will be finding a new clinic. You guys have been warned good luck. *side note by bf was more than 5 minutes late and they saw him. So maybe the rules change daily.
