Great friendly owner that works on the cars by himself. I enjoy his company while I’m waiting for the work to be done.Like to mention he offers free coffee and tea to the customers. ????
I recently went in for a synthetic oil change. It was a last-minute appointment but Mike managed to book me in and as soon as I pulled up, he had a spot for me ready to go.When I buy things, I look at the value of the product and service, and Norwood Auto Care has definitely satisfied my expectations. I paid $90 for an oil change that'll last me 6 months. Thank you, Mike!
I went there recommended by my roommate and spoke with Mike about an issue I had with the brake system that I was going to be swindled on another shop. He was honest and upfront to tell me my car showed a false code and he didn't charge me at all. Thanks Mike.
