The two gentlemen who worked with us at Lumber Liquidators, Anthony and Ricardo were superb. So helpful and knowledgeable. When I first came in, the choices were overwhelming, but both men helped me identify what would work best for my needs. In addition, Ricardo took the extra time to cut samples when there were non available. Then when my husband and I came in to purchase the flooring, Anthony could not have been more accommodating! I highly recommend LL!!
Anthony is a great help 5 stars to him but zero stars to the DocuSign process. It takes way too long and is more signatures than buying a car!!! Everything up to the DocuSign process was perfect the signing of all that is a very big inconvenience.
Been to the store many times in the past always a great experience with the workers and flooring so I'm glad this store stayed open. I stopped by again for another project I had, But unfortunately I was unable to purchase due to a 2 week wait period for the floor.
