Called Yanes and not only did he come quickly for the estimate, but he got me in during the busy time of the year for all these gutter guys, December. The other company I had in mind couldn't get me in until February unless I paid more ($200) and then they could fit me in earlier. “After Tropical Storm Hillary hit late summer 2023, it became obvious that the 20-year-old flat portion of our roof wasn't keeping the water out any longer, so we needed to replace that part of the roof quickly before the autumn and winter rains arrived.We solicited several roofing proposals from top rated roofers through Yelp and Top Roofing provided the most complete proposal that responded to all of our needs. The salesperson, Roy, understood our desire to include thicker insulating board since the flat roof has no attic.Although we're sure they had a lot of other customer roof projects at that time due to the recent heavy rains, Top Roofing was able to schedule the work more quickly than we anticipated. They finished the whole project in 2-1/2 days and worked to complete it just as we wanted, including a complex transition to the pitched roof. They offered a much more reasonable price than several competitors that I previously spoke with and I was impressed by the quality workmanship. “Had a new roof applied last year and when it leaked this year I was told the gutters are bad and I needed a gutter guy. Called Rain Gutter Pros and spoke with Tom. He was super helpful and got out to our commercial property at his earliest availability. After coming into the building and going up on the roof with me - he advised that the issue is a bad gutter and a skylight that would be like surgery to do. He advised we try an adhesive to coat the gutter and the surrounding skylight to see if that will solve our issue before going the much more invasive route. Although it wouldn't be something he could assist with he wanted to be honest and give me much cheaper potential solution to try before contracting out the entire removal and replacement.
