Excell Cleaners offers excellent service with professional staff who go above and beyond, such as delivering suits earlier than expected. Customers appreciate the honest and fair communication, and the owner handles issues promptly and fairly. The business provides good prices, and clothes come back looking nice. However, the location is run-down and dirty, with trash in the parking lot, making the area look less appealing. Overall, Excell Cleaners is known for quality work and reliable service, earning high recommendations despite the less maintained surroundings.
Excellent service, the lady who took my suit is amazing, my suit was cleaned and delivered perfect, initially I was told my suit will be ready for Monday but she took my suit and asked me if Saturday was fine! That's how you make more clients and a good reputation, I'll be taking all my suits there from now on. Thank you ?
I dropped off 10 items; there was an issue with one of my clothing items when i went to pick up and I was upset, but the owner Miguel was so professional and understanding and reimbursed me for the item. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION HONEST AND FAIR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! They do very good work and if there IS a problem, which hardly ever happens, they make it right right away. If everyone did business like this gentleman, the world would be a better place! EXCELL CLEANERS IS THE BEST!! Thank you, Miguel!!❤️❤️❤️Service: Organic dry cleaning
