“The final product turned out beautiful. We are very pleased with our new stair railing. The service ended very well, but it was not always that way.

We asked for a custom design by sharing a picture of what we found online. Bill and his team said they could make it, and we were given a timeframe of three months. We were willing to wait.

His demolition team was late for the scheduled day, but they got the job done within a few hours.

About two months later, I asked for the status of our railing as I had not heard. Bill stated that he had sent it to me, but I did not find anything in my texts or emails. He did tell me I could swing by his business to check out the product before it went to powder coat. When we arrived during the hours he stated, no one was present. That led to some difficult conversations between the owner and myself.

However, Bill came through. We rescheduled our visit, got our stairwell sent to powder coat, and about a month later got a beautiful product. It took four months from start to finish. He did reduce the price to make it right.
