I had the pleasure to meet Guillermo yesterday and got the quote and because of the 4 days expected of rain he can't open the roof but he went out his way to help, he put a temporarily tarp down so I don't get further damage . Guillermo and the quality roofing team have been phenomenal. They are very thorough in their explanation of the work and meticulous when it comes to doing the repairs.
