The hospital is commended for its exceptional service, with specific praise for the care and personal touch provided by staff members like Lee, Corrina, Stephanie, and Kayla. Norco Animal Hospital at SoCalVetGroup is consistently delivering a positive and caring experience for both pets and their owners.
Biggie, Biggie, Biggie… He can be a handful at times. He’s a returning patient, and Dr. Mena and Norco Animal Hospital team , were amazing during that visit. WE came in without an appointment for an eye issue, and they were accommodating and patient. Biggie has a lot of anxiety, but they handled with calm confident care, We walked in worried, and Biggie walked out with a pep in his step- like a whole new champ. Thank you Dr. Mena and Team.
I love this vet- I've been going for over 10 years and continue to come back here after trying other places. Dr. Kermit is the best and he always remembers my dog even though he's almost 10. He knows exactly how to treat him every time, and takes good care of my cats as well.
Love this place. I'm lucky to Always find an appointment. They treat my dogs and cats with love, patientsand care. Prices are so much better then other places in Riverside so I don't mind the drive. My favorite vet place
