Wow this place amazing I came for a one on one session in which that’s all she offers and it was by far the best Pilates instruction class I have ever taken. She goes above and beyond and is so knowledgeable.She listened to all my concerns & issues and planned the best workout ever! Her studio is so cute and the energy is amzing. Definitely check this studio and take a class you will not be disappointed.

Little Farmhouse Pilates offers one-on-one customized Pilates session. I focus on my client’s individual needs and goals. Pilates is for everyone, no matter your fitness level or ability, I work with almost any physical condition, such as scoliosis, pre & postnatal, etc. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Located in Norco California
