10/10 would recommend this place. Megan was very knowledgeable with recommendations and advice for our pool situation. She went above and beyond to help us understand costs and pricing for long term private pool maintenance. The water testing service is thorough and products sold to us was appropriate. I also want to give Kudos to General Manager Mike for supporting Megan during the process. He was also very friendly and professional. If corporate is reading this, give them a much deserved raise! ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable folks working there. Love the water testing service and they don't require you buy anything, but I sometimes do especially in the summer swimming season.

I would like to thank Megan at the Norco location. She was the only one working on Sunday morning when I came in. There was a line of people, but she still gave me that one-on-one service that made me feel listened too. I am a first time pool owner and she would pick up the phone to answer questions on how to install the parts that I purchased.
