This place is great. The ladies are very precise when cutting hair. A few of them go the extra mile for fades but even the ones that do it quickly do it well enough. Great service and a great price.
Great place for a haircut in Norco. Well talented and excellent Barbers who are friendly and knowledgeable. Clean shop along with clean restrooms. Pricing is competitive. Parking is out back a little narrow for the big Norco horse trucks but manageable.

I originally followed her from John's Barbershop off Magnolia because once you get a cut from Effie, there's just no going back. She's not only incredibly skilled, but one of the most genuine and down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she takes the time to make sure you walk out looking your best every single time.
