The staff was friendly but the gel manicure wasnt what I expected, the nail polish was extremely dry. And she literally put two dry coats which looked like regular nail job I could have done at home..

I got my nails done on tuesday, 10/15 and was happy enough with my nails, my only problem initially was that they had me pay $28 for a full acrylic set with no gel when the price listed is $25, and my friend paid the exact same price as me despite them doing an acrylic nail removal on her as well. On friday, 10/18 my ring finger nail on my left hand broke while I was doing makeup. Annoying, but I came to the decision that i would just get the one finger fixed before my concert this weekend. as of today, 10/21, another nail broke and I am now irritated and don't trust coming back to get my nails fixed. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. I had Rose and she was the best. I really appreciate it and my nails came out amazing! I don't understand how people can accuse them of talking badly about customers in another language when they can't even understand the language? This is America, there's people from all over the world and you have every right to comment on the service but it's not fair to complain about in what language they manage their business, as a customer. But anyways, loved the place and would recommend 10/10!!!
