“Mike created a beautiful enclosed patio and a vegetable garden for us.He made sure everything was exactly as we wanted and he even made improvements (like adding a door to our patio)we didn't think about.We wanted the space to be cat safe and he added a pet screen on top of the chicken wire-It not only keeps the space safer but it also lowers the Temperature inside!He works very fast!He's honest,reliable and his prices are fair.We will definitely keep calling him and I highly highly recommend his services!“

“Of course my AC stopped blowing cold on one of the hottest days of the year! Thankfully I found a referral for this company from a neighbor. I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. It seems I can never get a business to answer the phone during business hours and often have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back.
I explained my issue to Ricardo, he gave the cost upfront to troubleshoot the issue and said he can come & address the problem the next morning! I was so happy considering how hot it was and it being the holiday.
The next morning he came prompt and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue. What I loved though is that he took his time showing me the problem and explaining the why's and hows. This immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Working with someone new is always nerve-wracking for me.
He not only fixed the problem by replacing a part he had on hand, but he also went above and beyond and looked at all the maintenance areas and took the temperature inside my vent!
His pricing was so reasonable for the work he did and I would highly recommend this company!
I'm so happy I have a new HVAC person I can call for my home and definitely refer others too.

“Well it was that time when every house needs to be maintained.This time my residence had some quick needed fixes but I did not have the time and patience to do them. My garbage disposal finally died after 10 years of dependable service..not bad for only being a "middle of the road" model! It was only suppose to last half that time and the warranty was only for 3-4 years. I also needed to replace my two old thermostats and were over the hill. They had been in the house since it was built in the early 80s! (they still had mercury in them...yikes!) I also needed new faucets installed and had to have a couple outlets replaced that got burned out as well. So I called "M & M Handyman 4U" once again to the rescue! It was Friday afternoon and my wife called Jesus who informed informed us that he was available that Monday just before noon. His word was his bond and he arrived at the time he said he would. Talk about fast...Jesus completed all the "Honey Do's" for us in just 2 and half hours! What more could you ask for? His years of work experience really showed in the high quality of his work. In the past, Jesus has also installed water proof wood flooring for 2 of the largest rooms in our home and they are immaculate! “Our AC unit was not blowing out cold air. I called Fire n Ice and they were able to send out a technician the following day. The technician arrived when scheduled, walked me through his findings and I agreed to have them come back after the Memorial Day holiday to perform the repairs. The day of the repairs, the technicians again arrived as scheduled. They estimated it would take 6 hours fir the work and that is exactly how long it took them. I can't give enough praise to this company. They were true to their word and time commitments from top to bottom.“

“At the beginning of the heat spell in July, the wall air conditioner went out in my rental house. Scotty came early afternoon Friday (same day of call) to give me an estimate and said he could do the install that evening. (Very considerate of the renter!) We did not have the new unit on site, so he said he could do it next day. However, he soon communicated a conflict and said he could do it early Sunday. He had to cut the old unit out, install the new one and patch the wall. It was done quickly and efficiently. We were very appreciative that he was able to do it on a Sunday to get the renter some relief. Scotty was very knowledgeable and punctual, even arriving early to get organized. His price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to call on him again. Would highly recommend!“
