Chill Factor came to do Maintenance to my AC, They were on time and very professional. They took their time to check the unit and left everything very clean and organized. They took pictures and explained everything very clearly

Went above and beyond to help me for a lower price than competition. Had two different companies out that charged 1k for service only for it to fail in a week. Alex came out and spent the time to get to the root of the problem. Even came for free on the final fix. Kudos to a great company
