Hands down the best BJJ gym in the Inland empire, highly recommended! The coaches at C-Quence are very attentive, family oriented & make you feel right at home all whilst teaching the best self defense skills. My favorite classes are the all women’s jiu-jitsu class, no-gi & striking class. All classes are beginner friendly & taught by black belts in a welcoming environment. I will be renewing for another year & recommending to family/friends!

My son has been training at C-Quence Jiu-Jitsu since 2016. I have only great things to say about my personal experience here at C-Quence. John Muñoz and his family are very professional and knowledgeable in training students from all ages. John has coached and trained champions from different arenas in the MMA world. Including World Jiu-Jitsu champions, King Of The Cage champions and currently working with UFC fighters. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and learn from the best in the Inland Empire, this is the right place. I highly recommend C-Quence Jiu-Jitsu. There’s no BS here only hard work.

This school is where it is at! You know you are in a great school by the amount of color in belts as well as the longevity of its members to carry through to black belt. These guys are skilled and work hard to be the best at their craft. If you are looking for the easy way to get a belt, this is not your school. Here, you will earn it and be skilled enough at each level to compete. Look around at other schools... pay attention to the color of belts and you will discover this school is the best around.
