We had Andes window come out for an estimate to replace 2 bedroom windows. We have wood shutters in front of each window. Esteban came and explained the removal and replacement of the window without having to touch the existing frame or shuttle. The estimate was the most reasonable from others we’ve had. He explained the entire process and advised that we drop by their showroom in Norco to see the sample and color tints there. We went and met Lorena, the wife of his partner Andres. She also was very pleasant and helpful. We ordered our 2 windows and 2 weeks later, Esteban and Andres and their crew came and installed our windows. Everything went well. They worked diligently and professionally and cleaned up all around their work area. The windows looks great! We were so pleased with our 2 new windows, we had them replace 2 more in another room! Just like the first time, Esteban, Andres and their assistant came and worked diligently and cleaned up all their trash and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I highly recommend Andes Windows and Doors for their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and great workmanship!!! I will definitely call them again for more windows and doors in the future!
