I came in as a new patient, I am going through a lot right now and the wonderful staff at the front desk helped me right away. I was able to get schedule an appointment for following day. During my visit I didn't have to wait long, I was treated so kindly by the nurses and all my questions were answered. I've been back for a follow up visit and again, I was treated with so much kindness. Their staff and my Dr. are all incredible!

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with Dr. Liana at this location. As a patient, I expected to be treated with professionalism, respect, and neutrality, but the interaction felt unnecessarily disrespectful, dismissive, and personal.
I left feeling judged and concerned that outside assumptions or personal issues may have affected how I was treated. Healthcare should be a place where patients feel respected, heard, and treated fairly, regardless of background, appearance, or personal circumstances.
