My wife and I just bought our first house. There was a sunroom in the back yard (not built to code) with water damage, mainly due to a negative grade in the slab. There was also a dilapidated shed filled with rat-doo and junk. Last, the garage had an office built into it, totally preventing even 1 single vehicle from parking in it.
Jon and his guys showed up every morning on time (7 am), worked hard, and cleared out the sunroom, bad slab, shed, and garage office all within 2.5 days. By noon on the 3rd day they were done.

Jon is great. Upfront and honest. His crew worked their butts off for two days straight. Bamboo flooring glued to the slab. They put up plastic for the dust. Cleaned up after themselves and did great work. Exceeded my expectation. Would highly recommend. Worth every penny.

I came across this business with a job that had a very tight turn around, I was told by other companies it would take 5 days to complete and Jonathan and his crew knocked it out in 5 hours with photo progress updates throughout. They were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them. Their price included tile demolition, smoothing the floors out for future laminates and junk removal and the price was very good.
