Horrible - DO NOT USE! I had MC Exterminators fumigate my home. Not only did they destroy the landscaping under my roof by doing so, but did so around the perimeter too (more than 15 feet away), and then blamed me for it. They also cut numerous old growth trees without my permission. Terrible business practice here - stay away!

We are so grateful that we called Marty Chance Exterminating for our Termite Inspection on a home we were considering buying. Chris was early for our appointment and jumped right in. He was kind, thorough and answered any questions we had. His report was timely and detailed, but very easy to understand. We will definitely be using Marty Chance Exterminating in the future.

Was skeptical at first because the seller chose the exterminator to tent our new home - but Marty Chance was amazing and responsive and was very understanding about a neighbor who has... interesting perspectives on the world. Highly recommended - and they give you the feeling they care!
