After trying a few other cleaning services we tried Excellence and I’m so glad that we did! The booking process was thorough but very easy. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and the communication was great. The cleaning was top tier and very very thorough. Pricing is on par with others but the outcome is significantly better. Very professional and great service.
The things they cleaned were very well done. They did miss some specific things I asked for and did not do some specific things that most cleaners do, like make the beds and wash dishes. Otherwise, very good deep clean. I do not recommend them for carpet cleaning. It looks better, but not clean.
