On 11/14/23 I broke a water valve while replacing my washing machine. I needed it fixed within the next few hours. I called a few people from Google and Tom with Waite Brothers Plumbing answered but was hesitant to come out. He said he would prefer to come out first thing in the morning. I said I'd check around with 24hrs companies first. I explained the situation and he gave me an estimate over the phone in case he did have to come out. I kept calling from the list on Google and I submitted a yelp request with the option that I needed it done within the next couple of hours. After calling 3 plumbers to fix a gas leak in my fireplace, they cut into the wall to fix the gas line. Other plumbers said it couldn't be fixed and charged me a lot just to look at the problem! Been in business a long time and the grandson fixed the leak.

I called Tom Waite because of a water leak in the garage over the holidays. He responded promptly, figured out the problem quickly, and replaced the leaky pipes within a couple of hours. I will be recommending Waite Bros Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.
