The dance center offers a variety of classes for different age groups, including older beginners who want to learn and be challenged. The 11+ beginner classes are designed to exceed expectations and provide a perfect environment for older students. There are also classes for young children, such as two-year-olds, where instructors are able to achieve a remarkable level of focus and participation.
Thrive Dance Center offers dance classes for adults as well, with multiple options available. So grateful to have found this dance studio! I had been contemplating taking an adult dance class for years and finally took the plunge - and boy am I so happy I did. It’s such a welcoming environment, where all levels of experience are celebrated. I saw they started to offer an Adult Lyrical class, which was my favorite style when I was younger, and I’m so happy to have found Thrive. Polly is an excellent instructor and she creates such a safe space to move our bodies and express ourselves creatively. I look forward to Thursday nights each week.
