I want to express my Great experience with Newbury Smiles…\\nI don't mean to sound hyperbolic, but there I found Dr. Sam - the best Dentis I have ever visited!\\nHe is calm, patient and kind. He is an expert in his field, who truly cares about his patients. Dr. Sam did an amazing job on my teeth and was also very efficient. He always checks with me and when an anesthetic is required he has a technique that eliminates my being able to feel the needle or the injection. Dr. Sam performs dental procedures with a highly professional and knowledgeable approach!\\nAlso the staff are the epitome of excellent customer service!\\nThanks All !!!

Dr. Sam and his team always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Sam helped me without hesitation when the office was closed and I had an emergency. They have also worked with me financially which was a huge relief .

My former dentist left the area and transferred her patients over to Dr. Sam. I was a bity wary about starting with a new dentist as I have been to one or two questionable dentists in the past that were a bit drill happy during fillings. I had first called to schedule my cleaning and had that all booked in, but then noticed either a new cavity or a lost filling. I called again and they were able to move my cleaning/exam up to get everything checked out, very accommodating!The initial exam went as usual, a bit of "where do you work" type questions and me responding with grunts or minor head movement while the hygienist was poking around in my mouth.
